Wow Dress

Dress made in 100 percent organic cotton. Designed with a round collar, elasticated cuffs and a soft elastic band that opens up into a flared skirt. The dress is adorned with a double layered frill on the shoulder. Closes at the back neckline with a single mother of pearl button.
